With the Vision of Continuing to Create Community, our mission is dedicated to empowering the next generation of skilled trades workers by providing access to quality education and opportunities in construction trades. Through the power of philanthropy, we aim to address the growing demand for skilled workers in the construction sector and bridge the gap between scholarship opportunities, education, and employment.

We are proud and excited to launch this initiative with the goal of raising $200,000 to award 40, $5,000 scholarships to these special individuals seeking a career in construction trades. 40 students will receive scholarships as a way to celebrate Pahlisch’s 40 years of building homes and creating community across the Pacific Northwest since 1983.
